Dustin Reichert is an inspiring author, speaker, facilitator, and professional hypnotist with a powerful story of resilience and transformation. A retired Deputy Sheriff and recipient of his agency’s Purple Heart, Dustin served in law enforcement for 10 years before being medically retired after surviving a gun battle. He's spent over two decades battling Complex PTSD before discovering a path to peace and healing—an experience that now fuels his life’s mission.

Today, Dustin travels the country speaking to audiences and facilitating events of all sizes, from corporate teams to community groups, sharing his insight into the power of the subconscious mind and how to overcome adversity to achieve success. His programs are a dynamic blend of experience, science, and inspiration.

Based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, Dustin lives with his wife, their three boys, and three dogs. When he’s not speaking or facilitating, you’ll find him enjoying music on the guitar or piano, relaxing by a bonfire, or savoring a good cigar.
